We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact on young individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat children and adolescents with sensory, motor, and developmental challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focusing on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and educators to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care.
- Provide parents and caregivers with strategies to support skill development at home.
- Maintain accurate therapy records and monitor patient progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Dubai ** existing DHA / CDA Licensure a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents.
- Expertise in sensory integration therapy, fine/gross motor skill development, and pediatric occupational therapy techniques.
- Fluent in English ** additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French) are a plus
