For adults in a committed relationship. This is a questionnaire, not a judgment of your relationship. It is based on the Couples Satisfaction Index (CSI-4) by J. L. Funk and R. D. Rogge, which the authors make freely available.
Question 1 of 4
Thinking about your relationship as it is right now.

Four questions, one picture
The scale adds up your four answers; higher means more satisfied. Scores left of the marker fall in the range where couples often benefit from support.

What this suggests
What this cannot tell you
A four-question questionnaire is a snapshot, not a judgment. A rough month, a new baby, money stress or a move can pull scores down for a while. And this is one partner's view: your partner might answer differently, and that difference is worth talking about, kindly.

Common questions
The essentials, in plain terms.
Is this questionnaire private?
Yes. Every answer stays in your browser on this device. Nothing is saved, sent, or seen by CAYA World Clinic, and closing the page erases everything.
Is this a judgment of my relationship?
No. It is a brief questionnaire that reflects how one partner feels right now, not a verdict on the relationship. A rough patch can lower scores for a while, and your partner might answer differently.
What is the CSI-4?
The Couples Satisfaction Index (CSI-4) is a four-question measure of relationship satisfaction developed by researchers at the University of Rochester and made freely available. Higher scores reflect greater satisfaction.
Should both partners take it?
It can be revealing for each partner to answer separately and compare, kindly. A gap between two people's answers is often more useful to talk about than either score alone, and couples therapy is a structured way to have that conversation.
