Gigi Alaqqad is a Kids Life Coach who works with children aged 6 and above, including preteens and teenagers. Using a play-based coaching approach, she helps young people build confidence, manage big emotions, navigate friendships, and develop a positive, resilient mindset they can carry into everyday life.
A mother of two, Gigi came to coaching after a decade-long career in project management, drawn by a long-held passion for working with children and a wish to make a meaningful difference in their lives. She trained and certified as a Kids Life Coach with Kids Life Studio, and brings warmth, patience, and genuine care to every child she works with. She coaches in English and Arabic, in-person and online.
Every child is different, so each coaching program is tailored to the child in front of her. Gigi works with families on the everyday challenges of growing up, helping children build practical skills and a stronger sense of themselves. Common areas she coaches around include:
Play is the natural language of childhood, and it sits at the heart of how Gigi coaches. Rather than sitting a child down for a conversation, she works through activities, storytelling, role play, movement, art, and creative exercises that make each session engaging and age-appropriate. This play-based approach helps children open up, explore ideas, and practise new skills in a way that feels fun rather than like hard work.
Coaching begins with getting to know the family and the child, so that every program is built around that child's personality, strengths, and goals. Sessions are practical and forward-looking, focused on giving children real tools they can use at home, at school, and with friends, and giving parents the reassurance that their child is genuinely seen and supported.
